At the heart of it all is the cuisine by brand chef Artemy Lopatin: hand rolls in many forms, ramen, gyoza, and bold specials that land on the board at the center of the bar. Ice-cold beer flows from the taps, sake is served, and the drinks list by head bartender Maxim Gorelik and bar manager Ivan Kotov features highballs and Asian-inspired twists on classic cocktails.
